2023 Landscaping Campaign
St. Clement’s Campaign for New Landscaping
A committee of talented volunteers has been working hard for the past six months putting together a detailed plan to remove all of the grass at St. Clement’s, excluding the Memorial Garden, and replace it with beautiful water-saving plants in a Spanish Colonial Revival design.
- This will cut the church water usage in half
- Elevate the beauty of the church grounds in a style consistent with our architecture
- Add some new elements including a St. Francis pet memorial area, night lighting, and two benches that are sturdy and period authentic.
The project costs $60,000, but through the efforts of the committee we have obtained vendor discounts, donated services, and worked with the water board on rebates so that we only need to raise $23,000.
We hope to raise the funds by December 15, so that we can have beautiful new landscaping in place by Easter.
