Join us on Founder’s Day as we celebrate our 97th anniversary at St. Clement’s by-the- Sea.
What’s a Parisian celebration without a wonderful French Feast? The evening will begin on the patio with an enticing selection of French hors d’oeuvres
*Quiche Lorraine
*Bacon-wrapped dates
*Escargot
*Marinated Shrimp Canapes
Then we move into the Parish Hall to enjoy a sumptuous French buffet, including
*Porc au Vin
*Boeuf Bourguignon
*Charcuterie
*Smoked Salmon
*Green Salad with Almonds, Stilton-Apricot Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette
Dessert is provided by our own Mary Ann Maiullari to include
*Eclairs
*Pots de Crème
*Madeleines
*Pommes Tarte Tartin
And OOH LA LA. During our dinner, our own Amanda Patterson will perform jazz classics with some familiar guest appearances.
And D.J. Dave Uselton will be playing dancing music after dinner.
